Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments can be rescheduled once before 24 hours. If you have pre paid for your appointment via Treatwell and you cancel on the day, the payment will be lost.

No Shows

We have a 15 minute grace period, anything over the 15 minutes will be classed as a no show. If you fail to attend your appointment within this time period and without notifying us but you have pre paid, your payment is non-refundable and you will have to make a new booking.

Patch Test

A patch Test is required for all new colour appointments or if your last appointment was over 6 months ago. Please arrange this for 48 hours before your appointment.
